Client Challenge
Karma and Luck was seeking innovative ways to increase customer engagement, extend time on site, and create personalized product recommendations that would drive conversion. While their products had strong spiritual meanings and connections to specific gemstones, many customers struggled to identify which items would resonate most with their personal energy and spiritual needs. The brand needed an interactive solution that would both educate customers about their spiritual offerings while creating a personalized shopping experience.
Strategy & Approach
I proposed and developed an interactive "Spiritual Personality" quiz that would:
Engage customers in a meaningful self-discovery experience
Educate users about different spiritual archetypes and gemstone properties
Provide personalized product recommendations based on quiz results
Capture email addresses for future marketing while providing immediate value
Create a shareable moment that could extend the brand's reach on social media
The quiz was designed to feel less like a marketing tool and more like a genuine spiritual exploration, maintaining the brand's authentic voice while subtly guiding users toward purchase decisions.
